Returns Policy

Do you need to return items?

We are happy to help! At Fluffaholic, you have 14 days to return any unopened/unused/tags still attached, from date of delivery of your items. 

Shipping/insurance to ship to you, or shipping back to us, will not be refunded. Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. The 15% restocking fee will not be deducted, if you would like store credit instead of a refund.

*** Unfortunately, items that are bought from our gently used section, or that are LIMITED EDITION are non-refundable *** 

Any fulfillment mistakes made by Fluffaholic, will be accepted for return/exchange, up to 14 days from date received. We will send a pre-paid label for you to ship those items back. An RMA will need to be created. Log into your account, go to my account, and create an RMA. 

I want to exchange an item, instead of a return. How do I do an exchange?
Yes, we can certainly do an exchange within 21 days of your items received. You would need to ship the items back to us, then we would ship your new items/products to you. You can exchange any item you have purchased, as long as the items are unused/unopened/still with tags/unwashed. An RMA will always be needed for an exchange. 

I think I have a defective item. What do I do?

Items that have any issues such as relaxed elastic after a few uses, missing snap after a few uses, broken or loose threads, woven knobs/snubs, etc. are non-returnable because they would be manufacture issues and all manufacturers prefer you contact them, for possible replacements. The Manufacturers keep track of any irregularities that may occur on their product/product lines and having the customer calling/getting replacements is the best way to track any irregularities.

Fluffaholic does inspect products and items we receive, however we may not catch all issues, or some defective issues appear after items have been prepped or worn. We can help, by calling the manufacture and letting them know you are having possible defective products, and also emailing you a copy of your receipt along with the point of contact to the manufacture

Important information to remember, if you return/exchange a product/item (depending if there is a price difference):

- Any FREE item/Promotional Item with your Order will be required to be returned with your return item/order (promotional item(s) will need to be returned unopened/unused/still with tags)
- If promotional items are not returned, the amount of the item will be deducted from your refund/store credit.
- If you have already used reward points from the order that is now returned, you will now be responsible for any costs of items that were redeemed with the points. This is because you have returned items and thus, those points will not be able to be redeemed. 

***Fluffaholic reserves the right to change/waive any restocking fees, waive returning of promotional items, or any other fees associated with a return/exchange***

How long does it take to receive my refund? 

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Different "speeds" of shipping is available, upon checkout. Our orders are shipped, via the following methods, and with tracking numbers:

- First Class Mail (2 to 7 day shipping - if you choose FREE shipping, and your order weighs 16oz or less, will always ship First class.)
- USPS Priority Mail (2 to 3 day shipping, includes up to $50 in insurance and up to 70 pounds)
- USPS Express Mail (1-2 day, shipping and Includes up to $100 in insurance)
- USPS Overnight Mail (1 day shipping) 

We try to ship all orders that are placed before 4 pm CST via the shipping method you have provided during checkout. 

However, please allow at least 1 to 2 business, to process your order if orders are placed Monday through Saturday. Orders placed during sales events or weekends may take up to 5 business days to ship. 

If you place an order late Saturday evening, your order will ship first thing on Monday morning. This way, your order isn't "stuck" at the Post Office. 
We also cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. The date provided is an estimate provided by USPS. If you are having issues of your packages arriving in a timely fashion, please contact your local Post Office
